What would you say your former employee needs more training in?	She does not need training, she really knows what she is doing.
What did she excel in?	She is able to work independently. She is amazing at getting white tekkies white again.
Her thoroughness?	She is very detailed oriented and is able to work from a scheduled routine to get through a very big house (1800 ft square).
Was she mostly on time for work?	She almost never took any sick leave.
Loyalty to her work?	We got along very well all these years, she is loyal.

What were her Duties?	Taking care of my kids. The youngest was 3 when she started.Also assisting them with homework.
How was her personality at work?	She is a hard-worker, easy going and she never complains about any additional work.
What would you say your former employee needs more training in?	She does not need training as a nanny, she does her job well.
What did she excel in?	She was very good with assisting the kids with homework. So much so that they did not want wife to help as they enjoyed her assistance.
Her thoroughness?	She is thorough. She also never complains when you correct her or add any additional work

Loyalty to her work?	She definitely is loyal to her work Especially if my difficult with has been pleased with her work. I was pleased with no complaints from any side.
