| Family 1: | Abiola Family |
| From when to when did she work for you: | She has been working for us for a long time. I would say around 10 years, but according to your records, 2018 sounds more accurate. |
| Why is she no longer employed? | She is currently working 3 days a week now |
| What were her Duties? | She managed the household. Her duties included cleaning, ironing, looking after the children, and generally managing the home. |
| How was her personality at work? | She’s great. I really don’t have any complaints about her. I’ve never had any concerns about security or trustworthiness with her. |
| What would you say your former employee needs more training in? | As a housekeeper, she’s very good and doesn’t really need further training. Childminding is always specific to each family’s needs, so there may always be some guidance required depending on the household. |
| What did she excel in? | She’s very diligent and detail-oriented. She takes her time because she pays attention to every area when cleaning, and the house is always cleaned to a very high standard. |
| Did you have any issues with your items going missing? Did she borrow money | No, never. |
| How old were the children and what did she help with | My oldest child is now 12 and the youngest is 10, so they were much younger when she started.
She doesn’t do much childcare anymore. If we’re going out, she’ll stay with the children and keep an eye on them. If they play outside, she’ll accompany them to make sure they’re safe, but she doesn’t help with homework. |
| Was she always on time for work? | Yes, she is mostly on time. She starts work quite early, usually between 7:00 and 7:30 a.m. Occasionally traffic may delay her, but most of the time she is punctual. |
| How many days in a week did she work? | Initially 5 days a week, but its now 3 days a week |
| Was she thorough | Yes, she cleans very well and is very thorough. |
| Did she give notice when she resigned/ if applicable? | N/A |
| Communication Skills | Her English is excellent. She’s very well educated. I can’t comment on her other languages, but her English is perfect. |
| Pets? | We have dogs, but they stay outside. Margaret is comfortable around them and has no problem working while they’re there. |
| Would you recommend her services? | Absolutely. I would definitely recommend her. |
