Why is she no longer employed?	When we moved to Durban, we initially tried to relocate her with us, but it became too difficult and expensive to maintain. We therefore ended her employment on good terms
What were her Duties?	She was responsible for general housekeeping, shopping, and managing the household. After my daughter was born, she also took on childcare responsibilities. She completed an advanced daycare course and cared for my daughter from when she was about five weeks old.
How was her personality at work?	We had a clear understanding between us. She followed instructions well, was thorough in her work, caring, reliable, and maintained a good relationship with my daughter.
What would you say your former employee needs more training in?	No, I do not think so. As far as housekeeping is concerned, she was excellent. Regarding childcare, it has been some years since she cared for my daughter, but at the time she was very caring, attentive, and good with children.
What did she excel in?	Her strongest skill was housekeeping and household management. She was very organized, thorough, and knew how to keep a household running efficiently. She was also good with my daughter.
