Family 1: Claire Feedback
From when to when did she work for you:      2014 until 2016 and then she came back in 2017.
Why is she no longer employed? I sent the boys to creche, we couldn’t afford her and the school fees
What were her Duties? Nanny first, when the baby slept, she just cleaned for me, but the first and main responsibility was nanny
How was her personality at work? She’s very nice. She understands when you go over instructions. She did what I did ask, and initiative as well.”
What did she excel in? Looking after kids. So you can see her passion is children
What would you say your former employee needs more training in? I don’t think so. I sent her on a sort of a little one-day course. I think they did basics for CPR and all of that, and also nanny training, so I don’t think so.
How old were the kids when she started work? They were both newborn babies, So the first one was 2014, and she was there for, I think, a year and a half, almost two years. And then the next one was born in 2016,
Was she punctual She was always on time. If she was ever late due to taxi, she would tell me
Pets? At the time, we had a cat, which was fine around. A hedgehog, she was fine around as well. She was good
How many days in a week did she work? 5 days a week
Communication skills? Very good
Would you recommend her services? I would recommend her, yes

Family 2: Dama Family Feedback
From when to when did she work for you:      She worked with my family for about, almost five years, It was during COVID, so I think she came in 2021 until this year June
Why is she no longer employed? because the father of my kids and I  separated.
What were her Duties? Cleaning, laundry, prepping the washing and ironing, packing up whatever has been washed and ironed, organizing the house, making sure that the kitchen is always clear.

She would just always make sure that general areas, like the kitchen and lounge, are at least presentable and, yeah, the daily cleaning, and then every now and then there’d be the more in-depth sort of cleaning.

She moves sofas around. She would help with the bigger things that would need to get cleaned. So I wasn’t able to clean things like curtains and blankets indoors, but she would at least help me get them out, and then when they come back refreshed she would install everything back in and steam what needs to be steamed and stuff like that.

So her duties weren’t really so limited, you know? And she was willing and able to help in as much as possible as well.

How was her personality at work? She communicates really well. She gives her input.”

She has good manners and a good friendly personality, consistent personality.

She spoke with good manners, respect, and, like, friendliness as well. She has a very good friendly tone to her.

So, communication was open, it was frequent, it was good

What would you say your former employee needs more training in? personally, I’m not of the opinion that she needs further training.”

I can’t really place any training on her.

Regarding cooking, there are different families who have different preferences and that I personally cooked differently from the here, but this did not necessarily mean the K needed cooking training.

What did she excel in? Maybe because I wasn’t good at ironing. I felt like the way she presented it was very well done.

But yeah, the cleaning and cooking was good. It was good.

She was just good at being thorough with her work and consistent. And yeah, she was good at just being a good person to have around the house.

How old were the kids when she started work? When she started working for us, my first born was two months old, and then two and a half years later my second born came into the picture.”

She had already come from a home where she, in a sense, raised two boys from birth to age five. So yeah, even in her handling of young, young kids, I’ve seen her do quite well with that as well.

How is her work speed? I think, yeah, it wasn’t too bad, especially once a person has gotten to know a house, they move a lot quicker.”

She moved at a good pace, at a decent pace, and she had a routine about how to clean, where to clean first, what detergents to use, and so.

I never experienced her as a slow mover.

Have you had issues with items going missing? No. No, I never had

I’ve never really pointed out anything and felt like it’s actually gone missing or had any bad feelings about. Yeah, I’ve never experienced anything like that in the five years that I’ve worked with her.

How many days in a week did she work? 5 days a week, she was a stay in
Communication skills? Communication was open, it was frequent, it was good.
Pets? N/A
Would you recommend her services? Yes, I would
