| From when to when did she work for you: | She started, I think, 2017, and it was more or less just over five years, I think. Five or six years. |
| Why is she no longer employed? | I sold the preschool. I sold the property and I moved. My husband’s working abroad, so we moved for his job |
| What were her Duties? | She worked for me at my preschool as a teaching assistant, later becoming a teacher that was helping to teach the children. She helped with the babies, from three months right through to children that were five years old, and she also helped with supervision for the aftercare, which was up to, I think, 12 years. |
| How was her personality at work? | She was always very positive, very upbeat. She’s got a lot of patience, very professional. She didn’t get involved with politics or things going on between the ladies. She was very mature and very responsible |
| What would you say your former employee needs more training in? | She didn’t need any training to do what was expected, but she was very willing to learn more. If there were training opportunities or anything that was presented, she was very eager to do that. |
