Why is she no longer employed?	Employer’s husband developed a serious lung condition and they had to relocate to the coast. Janine could not relocate as her daughter attends school in Johannesburg.
What were her Duties?	Initially assisted with children; later focused on housekeeping. Duties included cleaning, washing and ironing, changing bedding, window cleaning, general household management, and occasional cooking.
How was her personality at work?	Absolutely wonderful to have around. Honest, kind, reliable, quiet, respectful and a genuinely lovely person.
What would you say your former employee needs more training in?	No major concerns. She did very little cooking as the employer and husband enjoyed cooking themselves.
What did she excel in?	Housekeeping, reliability, organisation, and maintaining the household very efficiently.
Loyalty to her work?	Extremely loyal and dedicated. Nearly 20 years of service speaks for itself.
Was she mostly on time for work?	Yes, always. Consistently punctual and very dependable.
How was her personality towards the kids and animals or the elderly in the house?	Wonderful with the children, very gentle and caring towards the employer’s elderly mother, and very good with their dogs.
