| What were her Duties? | She was first of all my son’s carer. I trusted her with him. She had to take care of him. She also cleaned and could do some cooking. When my son grew up, she joined us at our restaurant, and her and I went into business together. |
| How was her personality at work? | She’s like the most trustworthy person you’ll ever meet. I could give her a million rand in cash to hold on to, and she’ll still have it. She’s so trustworthy. She’s just a really, really lovely person. She’s like my sister. We’re very close, so I can really vouch for her. |
| What would you say your former employee needs more training in? | Only cooking. |
| What did she excel in? | She’s incredible with children. She’s incredible with everybody. Everything she does, she’s so good at because she gives her heart and her soul to it. |

| Did she cook? Example of the meals? | She can do some cooking. She can do some things she’s excellent at, but maybe she could do other stuff, I suppose. Specific meals were not mentioned. |
| Did she give notice when she resigned/ if applicable? | No, it was a mutual thing. She recently retired because working in a restaurant late at night is hard work. |
| Would you recommend her services? | Jesus, like a million times. No, she’s phenomenal. You need to have her. People like that don’t come around often. I would grab her with both hands. |
